A timely reminder that, cattle are not to be ignored when you are in their fields. This is a sad story, but one which
occurs all too often. The best course of action, if there are cows on the land you intend to detect upon, is DON'T.
Move on to another site if necessary.
I do hope that the gent gets his dog back, and makes a quick recovery.
